These posts are created to fulfill promises made to those who have pre-purchased versions of my D&C Annotated with Commentary Series. Most of those subscribers are not formally paid subscribers on Substack so this post is available to everyone, but please note that if you are not involved with the D&C Annotated with Commentary project, you can either pre-order copies to support the project, subscribe to the project separately, and/or find out more about it here. That explained …
Here, as promised, are the next ten sections of the D&C.
Because I’m alternating between my original project and a joint project with these (and following) sections, I will be heavily editing some of these sections later to add modern punctuation (this has been done through section 18) and capitalizations as explained in the brief intro. As I noted before, cross-references and commentary will be done separately as well.
Please note, that despite some of these half-measures in producing these monthly updates, these pdfs still have a ton of valuable information through the footnotes about changes to the manuscripts alone. I’ll probably do a couple podcasts on D&C 20 in the near future because there are massive changes there and some are really worth pondering. For now, you can see all of the changes (in italics) and in the footnotes through the pdfs.
If any of you have questions, comments, concerns, suggestions, etc., please put them in the comments (even if critical) as I’m happy to have feedback before we move to the final look and feel of this project.
Take care and God bless,
Drew
